New Garbage /Recycling/Yard Waste schedule:
- Garbage and Yard Waste - every Thursday beginning January 9th.
- Recycling - every other Tuesday beginning January 14th.
- Bulk Pickup - every other Thursday beginning January 16th.
2020 Annual Owner's HOA assessment:
The Board of Directors met on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, and approved the Association's 2020 Budget and Annual Owner's Assessment. The 2020 Assessment of $163.00 per lot is due on January 1, 2020 and considered delinquent if not paid by January16, 2020. Property owners should have already received a mailing from BCM Services containing an invoice for the annual assessment and a copy of the 2020 Budget.
